Daily training to boost your IQ

Turn spare minutes
into measurable IQ growth.

IQTrains turns scientifically inspired IQ-style tasks into short, addictive sessions that strengthen logic, memory, focus and pattern recognition — in just 10 minutes a day.

10–15 min/day of focused training
4 core areas — logic, memory, speed, focus
Adaptive to your current level

No trick "free IQ test". Real training, clear progress, and honest results.

Ready to train your brain, not just take another online test?

Most "IQ tests" online give you a pretty number and disappear. IQTrains is built around repeatable training sessions. You answer visual, game-like questions and immediately see which types of tasks slow you down — so the next session focuses exactly on those weak spots.

How IQTrains works

Step 1
Quick IQ-style check-in

Start with a short baseline quiz to understand your current level. No need to be a genius — we simply measure where you are today.

Step 2
Personalized brain plan

Based on your performance we build a plan focused on logic, memory, focus, and processing speed — areas that matter for IQ.

Step 3
Daily micro sessions

Complete short, game-like tasks that adapt in difficulty. You see your score and progress move in real time as you train.

What exactly does improving IQ mean here?

Built around key IQ components
Train the skills behind the number

We don't promise "+30 IQ points in a week". Instead we train the real building blocks that classic IQ tests rely on:

  • Logical reasoning — spotting rules and patterns faster
  • Working memory — holding multiple pieces of information at once
  • Processing speed — reacting and calculating quicker
  • Attention control — staying focused despite distractions
Designed for busy people
Fits into your real life, not the other way around

IQTrains is intentionally minimal. No endless menus, no social feed, no noise — just a clear session for today and a visible trend of how your performance changes over time.

Questions & honest answers

Can an app really increase my IQ?
No app can magically change your genetics, but regular training can significantly improve the skills that IQ tests measure. IQTrains focuses on measurable cognitive abilities, not astrology-style "results".
Is this just another "free IQ test" trap?
IQTrains is built around training first, testing second. You always see what you are getting, how many questions are left, and how your results are calculated — before any payment.
How long should I train?
We recommend 10–15 minutes a day, 3–5 times per week. Consistency is far more important than marathon sessions once a month.
Do I need any math or logic background?
Not at all. Tasks start from very simple patterns and adapt to you. The goal is to challenge you slightly above your comfort zone, not to overwhelm you.
